By using the DogFight Golf app (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of information you enter, including scores you record for other players in your tee group.

Subscriptions

• DogFight Golf offers auto-renewable annual subscriptions: League Pro ($59/year) and League Unlimited ($119/year). The Free tier is limited to 1 league and 16 players.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the App: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and no uploading content you don't have the right to share.

Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Scores, quotas, handicaps, and skins are provided for recreational use and may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
